Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28/07/2026

The Organised Producer ("we", "our", "us") operates a release calendar application for DJs and producers. We are based in the United Kingdom and this Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

The data controller for this service is Jonezy, based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at jonezymusicmail@gmail.com with any privacy questions or to exercise your rights.

2. What personal data we collect

3. Why we collect it and our legal basis

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with trusted service providers ("processors") who help us operate the application — for example, our hosting provider, database and authentication provider, and AI providers that generate event suggestions. These providers act under contract and only process your data on our instructions.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your account data and calendar entries for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal or security reasons. Anonymous analytics may be kept indefinitely.

7. Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to:

You can exercise these rights from your Contact page, or for logged-in users, directly via your Account Settings. We will respond within one month.

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on our database. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk.

8a. Cookies, local storage and staying signed in

To keep you signed in between visits, we store a secure authentication token in your browser's local storage on the device you sign in from. This token is used only to identify your session with our authentication provider — it is not a tracking cookie and is not shared with advertisers.

When you sign in you can choose "Keep me signed in on this device". If you leave it ticked (the default), your session persists across browser restarts on that device until you sign out, change your password, or the token expires. If you untick it, your session ends when you close the browser tab or window and you will need to sign in again next time.

You can sign out at any time from the Settings page or the calendar header, which clears the stored token immediately. On a shared or public device we recommend signing out manually and not using the "Keep me signed in" option.

9. Children

This service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Significant changes will be communicated through the application.

11. Contact
