Welcome to The Organised Producer. These Terms of Use ("Terms") form the agreement between you and Jonezy ("we", "us") when you use our release calendar application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Let us know straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the calendar entries, notes and other content you create in the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us the limited, non-exclusive rights necessary to store, process, display and back up Your Content so we can provide the Service to you, including processing it through AI providers to generate suggestions.

You are responsible for Your Content and for making sure you have the right to use any material you upload.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where this is permitted by law.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, infringing or abusive content.
• Use the Service to send spam or to impersonate another person.
• Scrape, crawl or automate access in ways that interfere with normal use.

4. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that AI-generated suggestions will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

5. Changes to the Service

We may modify, add or remove features at any time. We may also suspend or terminate the Service in whole or in part with reasonable notice where possible.

6. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the Service or to other users. You can close your account at any time from your Account Settings.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
